Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Practice Manager - All Workers Compensation Consultations must be paid for by the injured Worker at the time of the visit. It is the responsibility of the worker to submit the Receipt to their Employer / Insurer for reimbursement of these Fees.
We wish to advise that this Clinic is privately owned and therefore we do not send Invoices out for W/C related injuries. These visits must be paid for by the injured Worker on the day of the Consultation.
With prior approval - we may accept Credit Card payments over the phone by the Employer.
It is the responsibility of the Injured Worker to organize for the payment of these visits.
For extensive treatment, there is sometimes an Agreement made with the Insurance Company to pay the whole amount of any treatment received, but this is only where exceptional circumstances arise.

Workers Compensation Fee Structure is based on the WorkCover WA fees.
